1. 取得する情報

本アプリにおいて、以下の利用者情報を取得する場合があります。

• 端末内に保存される情報（個人を特定しない情報）:
  • ゲームのスコア、ハイスコア、ゲームの進行状況
  • これらは本アプリ内での機能提供のために端末内に保存され、開発者が収集することはありません。
• 広告配信のための情報（Google AdMob SDKにより収集される可能性のある情報）:
  • 広告ID（IDFA等、ユーザーの許可に基づき取得）
  • 端末情報（機種名、OSバージョン等）
  • おおよその位置情報（IPアドレス等から推定）
  • 広告の表示・クリック等の操作に関する情報
  • これらの情報は、Google LLCが提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」のSDKを通じて、同社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき収集・利用される場合があります。個人を直接特定する情報（氏名、メールアドレス等）を開発者が意図的に取得することはありません。

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• 本アプリの機能提供（スコア表示、ゲーム進行状況の保存等）のため
• 本アプリの利用状況分析、サービス改善のため（個人を特定しない範囲で）
• 利用者に適した広告を配信するため（Google AdMobによる）
• 広告の効果測定のため（Google AdMobによる）
• お問い合わせへの対応のため（利用者が任意で提供した場合）

3. 第三者提供

開発者は、以下の場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

• 法令に基づく場合
• 利用者から事前に同意を得た場合

4. 情報の収集停止・削除

• 広告ID: 利用者は、iOS端末の設定により、広告IDの利用を制限（オプトアウト）したり、リセットしたりすることができます。
• 本アプリのアンインストール: 本アプリをアンインストールした場合、端末内に保存されたゲームデータは削除されます。Google AdMobが収集した情報については、上記のGoogleのポリシーをご確認ください。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を主な対象として意図されたものではありません。13歳未満と思われる利用者から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更

Takeshi Asahara ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") operates the iOS application "OddEvenMerge" (the "Application" or "App"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle user information within the Application.

• Information Stored Locally on Your Device (Non-Personal Data):
  • Game score, high score, and game progress status.
  • This data is stored solely on your device to enable app functionality and is not collected by the Developer.

  • Advertising Identifier (IDFA, based on user permission).
  • Device Information (e.g., device model, operating system version).
  • Approximate Location Information (e.g., derived from IP address).
  • Information about ad interactions (e.g., views, clicks).
  • This information may be collected through the Google AdMob Software Development Kit (SDK), provided by Google LLC, according to their privacy policy. The Developer does not intentionally collect directly identifiable personal information (such as name, email address, etc.).

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Application's features (e.g., displaying scores, saving game progress).
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the Application (using non-identifying data).
• To serve relevant advertisements to users (via Google AdMob).

4. Opting Out and Data Deletion

• Advertising Identifier: Users can limit the use of or reset their Advertising Identifier through their iOS device settings.
• Uninstalling the Application: Uninstalling the Application will delete game data stored locally on the device. For information collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's policies linked above.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
